In April 2016, Hunan Construction Engineering Group and JianRong Asset won the PPP project bid of Huandao Road construction in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, which is listed in Guandong PPP Demonstration Library.

Investment Period: 3-year construction, 10-year operation and maintenance

Structure: The SPV company was established by Social Capital Party and Zhongshan Cuiheng Investment Company, the representative company of local Government, where the equity capital occupies 30% and debt capital occupies 70%.
